A: The major problems that one encounters when pumping concrete are blockage of the pipeline, and segregation and bleeding of concrete mix.

A: The internal working principle of a double-cylinder hydraulic concrete pump is usually composed of two parallel cylinders. There are driving pistons inside the cylinder, which can move them back and forth in opposite directions. When one cylinder moves forward, the other cylinder moves backward.

A: If a concrete mixer truck can't reach the lay site, using a concrete pump eliminates the need for manual labor and wheelbarrows, ensuring the concrete reaches the desired location efficiently. This is especially beneficial for large-scale projects that require a significant volume of concrete.

A: Generally speaking, the normal pumping pressure of concrete pumps is usually between 10MPa and 20MPa. And the normal pressure of small concrete pumps is between 2.0MPa and 4.8MPa.

A: The major problem due to pumping are segregation effects and bleeding. In order to rectify and reduce these effects, generally the proportion of the cement is increased in order to increase the cohesion , which leads to the reduction of segregation and bleeding.
